What does end-to-end campaign production actually cover?

Every stage between a campaign brief and a measurable result. You define which stages you need. We own them.

Do you handle campaign strategy and copy, or just design and development?

Both. We run the full production cycle from audience segmentation strategy and campaign planning through to copywriting, HTML coding, landing page production, QA, deployment, and post-send reporting. You can engage us for the stages you need or hand us the full operation.

How do you handle deliverability?

Deliverability review is built into every production engagement. We audit SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, monitor sender reputation, manage bounce and complaint thresholds, and run inbox placement testing before every significant send. For programs with an active deliverability problem, we scope a dedicated remediation engagement.

What does your QA process cover before deployment?

Pre-send QA covers render testing across Gmail, Outlook 2016 through 2021, Apple Mail, Android, iOS, and all major webmail clients. We validate every personalization token, check every link and UTM parameter, confirm suppression logic is applied, and run a seed send before deployment. Every campaign ships with a signed-off QA report.

Do you build landing pages as part of campaign production?

Yes. Post-click landing pages are produced as part of the Digital Assets capability: designed to match the email, built responsively, integrated with your form and CRM, and UTM-tracked back to the send. The landing page is scoped as part of the campaign build from the start.

Can you run A/B tests as part of the production workflow?

Yes. We design and build test variants for subject lines, content blocks, CTAs, send time, and landing page elements. Every test is structured around a specific hypothesis. After each test cycle we provide a results analysis and a recommended action for the next send.

We produce high volumes of templates every month. Can you handle that?

Bulk production is one of our core operating models. We produce 3,000+ templates per month across active engagements. Standard turnaround on HTML coding from a design file is 8 hours. For bulk runs, we agree SLAs per engagement based on volume and complexity. Render testing and QA are included in every build, regardless of volume.

How does white-label production work for agencies?

We produce every deliverable using your naming conventions, your file formats, and your delivery process. Nothing carries Mavlers' branding. We do not contact your clients. Every engagement is NDA-covered from day one, with separate workflows and QA processes for each client account.

Can you work alongside our existing in-house team?
