CDP integration services that close every gap in your stack

Integration architecture & design

Map data flows, define latency requirements, and design the integration schema your lifecycle program actually needs to run on.

ESP-CDP-Warehouse connectivity

Bidirectional data flows across SFMC, Braze, Marketo, HubSpot, Segment, RudderStack, Hightouch, Snowflake, and Databricks, built on native APIs and connectors.

Reverse ETL implementation

Activating mature Snowflake or Databricks investments through Hightouch or RudderStack Warehouse Actions, connecting data science output directly to your sending layer.

Audience sync & suppression infrastructure

Suppression lists that update in near-real time. Segments that reflect current behavior. Built and maintained so the lifecycle program stays precise

API rate limit management & monitoring

We instrument monitoring across every integration, manage call volume against platform limits, and build retry logic that prevents silent sync failures at scale.

Attribution & reporting connectivity

Closing the loop between ESP engagement data and CRM opportunity records, so campaign influence shows up in commercial reporting.

Integration audits

A structured review of your current integration layer delivered as a prioritized remediation roadmap - what's syncing, what isn't, where latency gaps exist.

Global retailer: Composable CDP migration from Segment

Industry

Global Retail · B2C · 8M+ customers · Multi-market

Challenge

High Segment costs ($220K/year), fragmented data across 14 sources, underused Twilio Engage, delayed paid suppression, and no revenue attribution.

Solution

After audit, Mavlers migrated to a composable CDP - Snowflake (identity), RudderStack (pipeline), Hightouch (activation). Built dbt models (RFM, LTV, churn, affinity), unified identity, and activated 14 traits across CRM and paid channels.

Outcome

  • 54% reduction in CDP costs ($220K → $102K)
  • 31% increase in unified customer profiles
  • Personalization depth: 2 → 14 attributes
  • Zero-downtime migration with board-ready attribution
Case study 01: CDP cost reduction, unified profiles, personalization depth, zero-downtime migration metrics.

B2B SaaS scale-up: CDP implementation and activation

Industry

B2B SaaS · Enterprise · 400K+ users · Product-led growth

Challenge

No CDP in place. Data disconnected from campaigns, heavy reliance on manual exports, last-click attribution, and 60% dependence on third-party data.

Solution

Mavlers implemented Segment with Protocols and identity resolution, configured Twilio Engage journeys (churn, upgrade, onboarding), and activated warehouse signals via Hightouch. Built first-party data capture strategy.

Outcome

  • From 60% third-party reliance to 94% first-party
  • 21% reduction in CAC
  • 11% churn recovery in 90 days
  • Lifecycle revenue attribution live in 4 months
Case study 02: first-party data shift, CAC reduction, churn recovery, lifecycle attribution timeline.

Our 6-phase CDP consulting services model

Phase01

Discovery and audit

  • We understand before recommending. The audit produces a prioritized view of what is failing and what it is costing.
Phase02

Strategy and integration design

  • The recommendation comes with the reasoning. Platform API constraints, volume scaling, and cross-layer flow logic are all specified before any build begins.
Phase03

New build - Data model and architecture

  • Define the full data model: field mapping across platforms, event schemas, audience taxonomy, and suppression logic.

Existing platform - Remediation planning

  • Audit findings sequenced by lifecycle impact. Send failures, suppression errors, and attribution gaps first - everything else prioritized behind them.
Phase04

Implementation

  • We build using each platform's native APIs and connectors. Each CDP API integration is documented in full before handoff. Monitoring and alerting are configured at this stage.
Phase05

Testing and validation

  • Sync accuracy, trigger latency, suppression reliability, and attribution completeness are each tested before sign-off. We validate against the lifecycle outcomes and technical connectivity.
Phase06

Ongoing optimization

  • Schema changes, migrations, and platform upgrades can break integrations. We maintain and evolve the integration layer so lifecycle performance compounds rather than degrades.

Mavlers - your strategic customer data management solutions partner

Strategy before configuration

We start with commercial objectives and not platform setup. Data models, integrations, and activation are designed to drive measurable business outcomes, not just clean pipelines.

Certified across the full stack

Certified across Segment, RudderStack, Hightouch, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium, Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks. We recommend and build the right architecture.

Full lifecycle ownership

Strategy, implementation, migration, and optimization sit with one accountable team. We eliminate the gaps where most CDM programs break.

Revenue attribution built in

Every engagement is tied to measurable outcomes -revenue impact, retention, and activation rates; it's not just platform activity or engagement metrics.

Frequently asked questions

We already have integrations set up. Why would we need an audit?

Most integrations are configured during implementation and not revisited. Data schemas change, new sources are added, and ESPs are updated in ways that silently break sync logic. An audit will surface failures that affect lifecycle performance but are not yet attributed to the integration layer.

Which CDP or reverse ETL tool should we use?

Every CDP API integration recommendation we make is tied to your architecture. It depends on where your data lives, how much of your stack is already warehouse-native, and what your engineering team owns versus what marketing needs to operate directly. We work across Segment, RudderStack, and Hightouch and recommend based on your specific data architecture and lifecycle program requirements.

We are on SFMC. Do we need a CDP?

SFMC has a significant native data layer. For organizations whose customer data lives primarily in Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud Connect may cover most of what a CDP would add. If customer data is fragmented across product, support, and commerce systems outside Salesforce, a CDP or reverse-ETL layer can add meaningful activation value.

Our data team manages the warehouse. What value will your CDP integration services bring to the table?

The integration work between the warehouse and the ESP or CDP layer is where Mavlers operates. We work alongside your data team on the activation side: audience sync configuration, reverse ETL setup, and the ESP-side schema that receives warehouse outputs. We define the boundary clearly at the start of every engagement.

What happens when an ESP is replaced or migrated?

ESP migrations are one of the highest-risk integration events in lifecycle marketing. Every sync, audience definition, and suppression logic needs to be rebuilt for the destination platform. We manage migration integrations with a parallel-run period so the old stack continues operating until the new one is validated end to end.

How do you measure whether an integration is working?

We measure against lifecycle outcomes: trigger latency, audience match rates, suppression accuracy, and attribution completeness. A connection that exists but produces stale data is not a working integration for lifecycle marketing purposes.

Do you cover API documentation and internal handoff?

Every CDP API integration we build is documented for your team, including API configurations, sync schedules, field mappings, rate-limit thresholds, and monitoring setup. The documentation is the deliverable alongside the build.
