  • Developed automated workflows with Automation Studio for scheduling and messaging triggers.
  • Created detailed customer segments using Audience Builder, ensuring campaigns reached the right audiences at the right time.

Monitoring & optimization

At the final stage, we emphasized tracking performance, continuously improving campaigns, and enhancing engagement through data-driven optimizations:

  • Leveraged Analytics Builder for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Implemented continuous monitoring and iterative optimization of journeys, workflows, and automations.
  • Used Einstein Send-Time Optimization (STO) to improve message timing and relevance.
